The Ritz Carlton Bar & Lounge
Recently recognised as the best bar in Macau on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2018 list, The Ritz Carlton Bar & lounge ranked at number 48 and is currently the only Macau venue to feature on the list. This 51st floor bar is the cream of the crop and headed by young buck and bar manager Maxim Schulte, who shakes up a mean cocktail such as the Red Snapper Martini made with tomato soup, spiced black pepper-infused vodka and barbecue smoke or choose to build your own gin and tonic from the menu.
