Robuchon au Dôme (Three stars) 
Helmed by the decorated Joël Robuchon, his flagship restaurant has sweeping views over Macau, serving modern European cuisine with an Asian flair. Robuchon au Dôme has been awarded three Michelin stars for twelve consecutive years by the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau in 2009 to 2020.
